Scott Ziegler regularly advises clients on corporate and legal matters in the areas of securities, venture capital, broker-dealer, financing, corporate trust, and mergers and acquisitions.  Mr. Ziegler has extensive experience in cross-border transactions involving foreign issuers raising capital or acquiring public and private entities in the United States as well as U.S. issuers raising capital or acquiring entities abroad.

Mr. Ziegler has received his Juris Doctor at the University of California at Los Angeles School of Law.  He received his undergraduate degree with honors at Brown University.  He is admitted to practice before the State of New York and the U.S. District Court Southern District of New York.
